General Terms and Conditions

1. Service provider The ‘Chillout-Afrika’ accommodation is operated by István Tóth, 3300 Eger, Móricz Zsigmond Street 7, tax number 90173947-1-30, e‑mail: Chilloutafrika@gmail.com. The rules of these General Terms and Conditions and the House Rules were drawn up by the operator, who supervises their observance and enforces any claims arising from them.
The service provider uses the address chilloutafrika@gmail.com for communication purposes.
2. Booking and cancellation conditions Accommodation can only be booked electronically via the www.noszvaj-chilloutafrika.hu or www.szallas.hu websites, by providing the Guest’s (the person using the accommodation, the customer) name, address, e‑mail address, the number of guests, and the dates of arrival and departure.
The accommodation fee must be paid by bank transfer to the K&H Bank account number 10410400-00000100-56232377 within 2 banking days from sending the booking; the booking is only activated in this case.
Payment by Szép Card is also possible; in this case we request separate proof of the payment.
Cancellation of the booking:
You have 48 hours to finalize the booking. If payment is not made within this period, the booking will be cancelled.
After the booking has been finalized, cancellation and refund are no longer possible.
In the event of cancellation we cannot offer an alternative date. However, guests may transfer the booking to another person; if they notify the service provider of this in advance by e‑mail (chilloutafrika@gmail.com), no additional fee will be charged, but the new guest’s details must be provided.
If, due to force majeure – extremely adverse weather, strike, epidemic or other extraordinary event – the accommodation cannot receive guests, it will offer an alternative date; if this is not possible, the accommodation fee will be refunded to the guest in full.
The accommodation can be booked for a minimum of 2 (two) nights; depending on availability, it may also be possible to book for one night, which can be arranged by e‑mail.
The accommodation can be occupied from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Different arrival or departure times can only be provided by prior arrangement and depending on availability.
The accommodation fee is the daily rate set for the given day on the www.noszvaj-chilloutafrika.hu website, and in addition guests over 18 must pay a tourist tax of 600 HUF/person/night. The tourist tax must be paid to the service provider, who is responsible for declaring and paying it to the authorities.
Publication and amendment of the General Terms and Conditions: The Service Provider always publishes the current version of these General Terms and Conditions on its website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time and will duly inform guests of any such changes.
Guests can read these General Terms and Conditions before placing their booking, and they submit their order with knowledge of them and by explicitly accepting the General Terms and Conditions.
