Our apartment was completed in July 2021; it is a newly built, modern house with design elements evoking the atmosphere of Africa.
The house includes 2 bedrooms, a large living room–kitchen–dining area, a cozy uniquely styled bathroom, as well as a huge covered terrace and a private garden.
Two cars can be parked in the enclosed yard.

After the booking has been finalized, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible; however, changing the dates is possible: free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival, after that 70% of the accommodation fee will be deducted, and the amount payable for the new dates will be adjusted accordingly.
